Course
How can equitable systems design transform your workplace and the industry you work in? How can we (re)design systems and sectors that impact not only workplaces and individuals but also industries, sectors and society? Spanning specific workplace to industry-wide EDI challenges, your first (of two) courses in the UBC Micro-certificate in Equitable Systems Design (ESD) is a participatory experience leading to the creation of equitable solutions through a series of equity-centered design challenges, frameworks and strategies focused on systemic-change within your industry.

You will build a systems design toolkit leading to an equitable systems design roadmap presentation to the course facilitation team to transform your organization and industry’s impact.
