Ravindu Shanil
Ravindu Shanil is the accounting team lead within the UBC Finance team. His role is responsible for overseeing financial reports, budgeting and forecasting for Extended Learning (ExL) on a monthly and annual basis. Ravindu brings expertise in financial management and he works very closely with all UBC ExL units to support their financial needs. He has a Master's in Business Administration and a Chartered Management Accountant designation from the UK, Ravindu's analytical expertise and meticulous attention to detail shine through in his work. Dedicated to continuous growth, his aspiration is to attain a Master's in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), further solidifying his position as a leader in the field of finance.

Yan-Min Mo
Yan-Min Mo supports the management and implementation of the UBC Vancouver Summer Program (VSP). His role encompasses front-line client services, marketing, promotions, team management, policy development and overseeing administrative and operational activities. Yan-Min is also responsible for developing partnerships with global post-secondary organizations while collaborating closely with UBC faculties and departments. With over 14 years of experience in serving international students, Yan-Min leads with a commitment to cross-cultural sensitivity and strives to make a positive impact on a global scale. Yan-Min's professional mission is to ensure the seamless delivery of the Vancouver Summer Program, fostering a welcoming environment for all participants while championing societal and environmental responsibility.

Dan Fortier
Dan’s operational, logistical, financial and technical background is indispensable in his role as a program coordinator of the UBC Future Global Leaders program. His duties include planning and booking accommodation, meals and classrooms, and building program communication and reporting tools. In addition to creating afternoon workshops for the students, during the program Dan is the point person for Extended Learning (ExL) and student staff members. He also acts as the liaison for ExL teams, UBC Camps and Student Housing and Hospitality Services, providing support to staff and instructors to ensure UBC Future Global Leaders runs smoothly.
