UBC Future Global Leaders On-Campus Courses & Dates

Due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, UBC has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 UBC Future Global Leaders on-campus program. We will continue to offer online business, engineering, and psychology courses, along with our university preparation and English language courses, all taught by UBC professors and instructors.

* Academic courses and workshops run Monday to Friday during your program. If you choose to live in residence, you arrive the Sunday before your first class, and leave the Saturday after your last class. If you’re commuting, you arrive for class in the morning, and leave after classes, workshops and activities have wrapped up for the day.

Centre for Digital Media Courses 2021

Courses take place at the Centre for Digital Media (CDM), a state-of-the-art school in Vancouver co-owned by UBC. You are required to apply to this course (not register) and write a statement of interest. Your schedule will be slightly different than the UBC Vancouver schedule. If you are staying in a UBC residence, you’ll take a 45-minute public bus ride to and from UBC with the help of a student monitor. See the course description for more details.

Completion of UBC Future Global Leaders does not guarantee acceptance into an undergraduate program at the University of British Columbia.

UBC Recreation offers a wide range of camps, for children ages 6 - 18.
