If you work in HR, coaching, leadership or other people-focused roles, questions about equity, inclusion, identity and difference are likely already part of your work. The Centre for Equitable Systems Design (CESD) offers practical learning to help you navigate those questions with greater confidence, strengthen relationships and support more inclusive workplaces.
With decades of experience in EDI and Intercultural programming, CESD learning goes beyond theory to explore how equity and inclusion intersect with professional practice, organizational systems and relationships. Through relevant concepts, reflection and practical application, you'll develop a deeper understanding of the factors that shape people's experiences and consider how you can apply your learning in your own work.
Selected CESD programs and courses are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and CPHR BC & Yukon, so eligible professionals can earn continuing education or professional development credits as they learn.
