With hundreds of Nations, councils, health and friendship centres, and Indigenous health service organizations in BC, the need for knowledgeable and trained administrators is high.
Our offering is delivered in partnership with the UBC Centre for Excellence in Indigenous Health and focuses on traditional teachings and Indigenous approaches to community health administration. Taught primarily by Indigenous instructors, students gain essential knowledge and skills to confidently promote health and wellness, deliver services and coordinate programs within Indigenous organizations and communities.
