The Career Coaching Practitioner program develops the skills and approaches needed to support meaningful, career-focused conversations. This part-time, online program is designed for coaches, counsellors, educators and other professionals who support career development and personal growth. The program provides practical, evidence-based approaches grounded in the Hope-Action Theory model.
Career decisions and transitions can be complex, requiring more than advice or goal setting alone. Professionals need practical approaches to help clients clarify their goals, explore possibilities, take purposeful action and adapt to changing circumstances. The Career Coaching Practitioner program builds these capabilities through self-reflection, visioning, goal setting, implementation and adaptation, giving you practical tools and experience to apply in career coaching and development conversations.
Developed by career development experts including the Hope-Action Theory co-founder Dr. Norm Amundson, the program combines experiential learning, peer practice and client application to help you integrate these approaches into your professional practice.
