Equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism

Transform how you integrate equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism, and intercultural work into your personal and professional life through an array of certificate and micro-credential offerings. Here, changemakers expand their knowledge base by combining existing skills and expertise with practical EDI-centered strategies and intercultural skills to drive lasting organizational culture change. 

All the programs offered at the Centre for Equitable Systems Design are eligible for StrongerBC future skills grant, which provides up to $3,500 in funding for approved programs at public post-secondary institutions. The grant is available to most BC residents aged 19 years or older.

The curriculum was well thought out, from offering important historical context, to demonstrating the importance of individual reflection and action, to offering case studies and frameworks, to implementing antiracist practices into our jobs.
