You’re interested in learning how to move workplaces and teams from being diverse to being strong and inclusive organizations and communities. You want to move away from performative allyship toward transformative action through a comprehensive program. You want to develop your, intercultural fluencies and diversity and inclusion knowledge.
What you’ll learn Expand your understanding of identity, power and white privilege in the workplace and in our communities, to envision a future liberated from oppressive structures. Rethink how to meaningfully and tangibly engage in anti-racist and anti-oppression practices and strategies within organizational settings, and beyond. Build environments where everyone’s thoughts, ideas and perspectives matter. Learn how to build inclusive practices within organizational or community settings by examining who you and your organization are, where you’ve been and where you want to go. Gain pathways to move away from optics and performative allyship, to effective and transformative action. Focus on collective solidarity and co-creation of justice-centered, equitable and inclusive communities and workplaces. Develop practical skills that go beyond dos and don'ts in understanding and collaborating with people whose worldviews vary from your own. Understand how to establish respectful and mutually productive relationships in international, cross-cultural and intercultural settings.
