This simple but highly structured technique guides you through a series of questions and reflections that naturally draw out the special stories in your life.
Engage in concrete, stimulating activities designed to spark your creativity and trigger your personal memories on themes such as the turning points of your life, your family influences, your health and your work.

How am I assessed?
This course is marked complete/incomplete, and is based on your attendance and participation.
Expected effort
Expect to spend 2 hours a week in the weekly live sessions and another 1-2 hours outside of class time reflecting and organizing your thoughts.
