Deepen your understanding of the historic and current realities of racism in Canada, and learn from the perspectives and experiences of racialized professionals. Consider the commitment, courage and creativity required to dismantle racism within organizations both on micro and macro levels.
Develop anti-racist strategies that are indispensable to the efforts needed to build regenerative and healthy workplaces.
