Develop the coaching skills and confidence to influence positive employee engagement, culture and performance in workplaces and organizations. As an organizational coach, you can help individuals, groups and teams in organizations to achieve strategic objectives, enhance leadership capacities and be empowered to create solutions and sustainable change.

The UBC Certificate in Organizational Coaching is a part-time International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 Accredited Coach Training program that leads to the Certified Organizational Coach credential. It’s the first organizational coaching program accredited by the ICF, and first university-based organizational coaching program of its kind in Canada.

September 4, 2024 – May 3, 2025 (Cohort 17)

  • Format: 100% online and instructor supported with real-time classes. Progress through the program with a cohort of 48 peers.
  • Duration: 8 months part-time, a total of 160 hours of learning
  • Cost: $11,750
