Please provide us the following information. Your name will appear on your certificate as written here, and we will send your certificate to the mailing address you provide.

Synthesis Paper

Please write a 700-word paper and include it with your graduation evaluation request. To guide you in writing your paper:

  • List all courses you have completed, including the required courses, and elective micro courses and equity, diversity and inclusion courses. Please include the course titles and the year completed.
  • Reflect on the concepts and theories you learned and your peer discussions.
  • What are some of the lessons you have learned in the courses, and how and where have you been applying them in your life, workplace and/or community?
  • Discuss how the program may have supported your personal, professional and community goals.
Files must be less than 5 MB.
