Solution-Focused Brief Therapy - Introduction

Explore the values and techniques that underpin this form of therapy with an interactive mix of theory, role play and practice. Through a shift in language and perspective, learn to help your clients move more quickly into better mental and physical health and relationships. Delve into the core ideas proposed by Milton Erickson and the influence that Insoo Kim Berg, Bill O’Hanlon and Scott Miller have had on the development of this theory. Leave the workshop with a strong understanding of SFBT and specific skills to immediately strengthen your practice. This is an experiential class intended for counselling professionals or counselling students who are actively working with a client case load.
