Planning for Success in International Assignments

Businesses, educational institutions and volunteer organizations are increasingly offering opportunities to experience living, studying and working abroad. Explore components of the international assignment cycle; challenges and success factors; strategies for intercultural effectiveness; and programs to support employees, students and volunteers throughout their international assignments.

This course can be applied to the UBC Certificate in Intercultural Studies, and UBC Award of Achievement in Intercultural Communication.
