Organizational Equity and Inclusion: A Strategic Roadmap

Implementing a course of action that moves an organization toward more equitable and inclusive policies, practices and processes is a challenging task.

While many organizations have language and processes in place to embrace diversity and inclusivity, being truly equitable requires a tangible and clear roadmap.

Understand the differences between equity and inclusion, and how each contributes to the well-being, growth and safety of employees, customers and stakeholders.

Consider different approaches to becoming more inclusive and equitable. Reflect upon your role within your organization, and create a toolkit that generates a more inclusive and equitable environment.

This course can be applied to the UBC Certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and UBC Micro-certificate in Anti-Racism.
