Who are you when your former identities—professional, spouse, parent or caregiver—no longer define you? How do you find meaning and direction in the chapter ahead?
Whether you are navigating retirement, seeking renewed inspiration or ready to shape and share your legacy, this six-week course offers practical writing tools, reflective practices and a supportive learning community to help you flourish.
Building on The Wisdom Years: Aging with Purpose and Creativity, this course reframes retirement not as an ending, but as a powerful beginning. Through guided reflection, writing and discussion, participants will release outdated roles, clarify an evolving sense of identity and intentionally design a meaningful post-work life aligned with their values and lived wisdom.
