Group Leadership and Team Dynamics

Teams are defined by goals, roles, and organizational purpose, yet their success depends on the quality of working relationships. During this interactive three-day intensive, learn a practical model that applies the basic foundations of group dynamics to team design, management, and communication. Develop the knowledge and skills to build team stability and agility.

  • Practice key intrapersonal and interpersonal strategies and skills to enhance feedback and learning conversations

Audience

This course is designed to enhance and deepen the coaching skills of leaders, managers, human resources professionals, new and certified coaches, counsellors and other change-agents, regardless of their role, who work in teams and groups within an organizational context.

Continuing Education Credits: this course has been approved to offer 15 (11.5 Core Competencies and 3.5 Resource Development) Continuing Coach Education credits (CCEU’s) by the International Coach Federation.
