Take your French language experience to the next level by exploring the connection between heart, body and mind in this all-levels yoga series offered entirely in French for three Saturdays each term.
Learn or practice your French vocabulary as it relates to movement, breath and spiritual wellbeing. This series is a perfect add-on to your Extended Learning French classes. Get mentally and physically fitter while expanding your enjoyment of Francophone activities in Vancouver.
All levels of French and yoga are welcome, and classes are open to Extended Learning students as well as members of the UBC community, UBC’s Centre de la Francophonie and the broader French-speaking community. Donnez-vous un petit coin de paix et de connexion chez nous le samedi matin.
Language in Motion – French Yoga is offered in a hybrid setting over Zoom or in-person at UBC Robson Square. In-person spaces are limited, so register early.
