Explore systemic barriers and inclusive practices in designing communication strategies with employees, clients and customers. Create and recommend a plan to support an existing organization’s diversity and inclusion commitments.

This course can be applied to the UBC Certificate in Intercultural Studies, UBC Award of Achievement in Intercultural Communication, and UBC Award of Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion.
