Digital Media Entrepreneurship

This course is part of the UBC Future Global Leaders Online program for high school students ages 15–18.

New technology and digital media innovations and start-ups are launched every day. Developing innovative products and services and turning them into sustainable businesses has become an important skill.

Learn how to identify the needs of your target audience, brainstorm and build your own digital media prototypes, and discover how to pitch and launch your new digital product or service using proven digital marketing strategies and techniques.

If you’re interested in digital media production, technology development, entrepreneurship and digital marketing, this course is a great fit.

ROCHELLE GRAYSON, MBA, is a consumer and digital media executive with 20 years of business, technology and education experience. She has led and launched several innovative digital media initiatives, and has worked with companies of all sizes. Rochelle is an instructor for UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies and received the 2015 UBC John K. Friesen Excellence in Teaching Award.
