Critical Thinking in the Fake News Era

Do you sometimes find yourself disagreeing with something you read or hear, but have trouble explaining why? Critical thinking can help you clearly articulate your reasons and ask the right questions by understanding where arguments go wrong.

Learn about different argument types and fallacies through examples taken from current events. Consider whether those who believe in conspiracy theories are being irrational, and how best to encourage genuine and productive dialogue when two parties disagree.
