This course is structured as a self-guided and self-directed study group in which you examine a topic in depth. Following an introductory lecture by an expert or UBC instructor, your study group agrees on which themes to explore. As you delve into the many facets of the topic, engage in fascinating discussion and thought-provoking debate with your classmates that will broaden your understanding and perspectives.
