Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a strengths-based process for building trust and collaboration, enhancing employee engagement, generating a spirit of innovation, engaging communities in purposeful and meaningful ways, and ensuring results oriented commitment to a shared mission, vision and strategy.

This highly experiential course introduces you to the concepts, principles and practice of Appreciative Inquiry. Leave with an understanding of how to use Appreciative Inquiry (AI) to make a positive difference in your own life, with clients, your organization and community.

Learn how to

  • Apply a participative and energizing way to spark discovery, engagement and change in your team/clients.
  • Create affirmative topics and reframe conversations that are deficit in focus to ones filled with possibility.
  • Discover new meaning through tuning your intention to affirmative questions.
  • Identify exercises and a process for getting started and sustaining the momentum for positive change.

This course is designed for new/or established managers, team leaders, consultants or coaches wanting to take a strengths-based approach in their interactions with others.
