American Sign Language March Break Intensive for High School Students - Part 1

This March break course is designed for high school students aged 14-18 with no previous exposure to American Sign Language (ASL). The immersion approach is used to teach beginner level vocabulary and grammar; all of our teachers are native signers who use a signing-only environment with no spoken English.

Surrounded by peers your own age, you will learn how to introduce yourself, discuss leisure activities and learn about Deaf culture. By the end of this class you are able to engage in simple conversations.  A great way to spend the holidays!

Note: This course does not require the purchase of a textbook.  Your instructor will provide in-class and online materials.
