Nassim Adhami
Dr. Nassim Adhami, BSN, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Teaching at the University of British Columbia School of Nursing and Undergraduate Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. A cardiac and critical care nurse by training, she brings clinical expertise to her teaching in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
Dr. Adhami focuses on connecting classroom theory to real-world health care through inclusive, student-centred instruction. Her teaching supports the development of clinical judgment, critical thinking and professional identity. She has published research on cardiac rehabilitation and patient experiences following transcatheter procedures, contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular nursing education.
