Mario Emond is an intercultural trainer, specializing in cross-cultural communication, multicultural team building, process facilitation, cross-cultural leadership, behaviourial-based interviewing and diversity in the workplace. He trains Canadians working overseas and international professionals coming to Canada, a range that includes diplomats, aid workers, judges, soldiers, business executives, teachers, doctors and students among others. He has facilitated workshops in Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Honduras, Mali, Peru, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. Mario has also worked and lived briefly in Uruguay, Jamaica and Indonesia and studied Spanish in Spain. In 2011, he founded Pluralizm, a private consulting firm dedicated to promoting a respectful, productive and pluralistic society.
