Larry Gregg, CHRP, is an executive coach who works closely with numerous corporate executives, leaders and managers seeking to unlock their potential and make the jump from good to great. He has a track record of success in the areas of organizational coaching, human resource management, organizational change, compensation and performance management systems, Human Resource Information systems, labour relations and negotiations working with leading public and private sector organizations throughout North America. Larry is acknowledged for his advanced expertise in the areas of mediation, arbitration, and fact finding involving a broad range of industries and organizations of all sizes.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Larry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Organizational Behaviour and Industrial Relations, is a graduate of the LEAD (Executive Program in Leadership) and LCOR (Leading Change and Organizational Renewal) programs in the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He holds the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Coaches Training Institute; Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) candidate, International Coach Federation.
