Kelsey Lange, JD, is the Senior Legal Officer for the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program, a program of the University of Ottawa's Refugee Hub. The SSP is a nation wide program that trains pro bono lawyers and law students to assist groups seeking to privately sponsor refugees to Canada. Kelsey previously worked as an immigration and refugee lawyer at Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP in Toronto, where she focused on hearings before all divisions of the IRB as well as Federal Court litigation.
Kelsey graduated from the University of Ottawa law school in 2013 where she received an International Social Justice Fellowship, as well as the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Award. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Refugee Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers.
