Jennifer Luu is an Associate Lawyer in the Immigration Litigation Department at Mamann, Sandaluk, Kingwell LLP. She practices immigration law with a focus on representing clients in immigration litigation and enforcement proceedings. She regularly appears before all three Divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board on matters relating to refugee law, sponsorship appeals, and detention reviews. She has also successfully argued judicial review applications before the Federal Court of Canada.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. She later received her Canadian and American law degrees through a joint degree program sponsored by the University of Ottawa and Michigan State University. While attending law school, Jennifer’s studies concentrated on human rights and international law.
Jennifer was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011 after articling with the Department of Justice. She began her legal career in public service providing legal services on admissibility and citizenship matters, before moving to Toronto and entering private practice.
