Ekaterina (Katia) Neouimina earned a BA in Political Science from the American University in Cairo, a Masters of Arts in Public Administration from Carleton University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa. She is a lawyer and founder of ENN Law, where she advises corporate and individual clients on Canadian immigration compliance. She specializes in providing assistance with obtaining Canadian work permits under all categories, including intra-company transferees, NAFTA professionals, significant benefit to Canada, reciprocity, favourable LMIAs, business visitors, spousal work permits, study permits, visitor visas, and applications for Canadian permanent residence and Canadian citizenship. She also assists with overcoming inadmissibility, appeals and applications on humanitarian and compassionate grounds, and judicial reviews.
Prior to establishing ENN Law, Katia worked as a Canadian corporate immigration lawyer. She is fluent in Russian, conversant in French, and has knowledge of Arabic. She has appeared as an expert in immigration law on OMNI TV, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, and Womens Law Association of Ontario.
